Job Overview:
Provide direct supervision to Regional Directors for Child Programs in 6 regions (East or West Grand Region); monitor staffing patterns and performance improvements
Provide input and guidance on policy, legislation, and best practices for foster care, adoptions, and Family Support Services
Support and collaborate on cross program and multi-regional initiatives and projects
Monitor and track compliance to achieve child permanency for custodial children and non-custodial children/families served by Family Support Services (FSS)
Represent the agency in statewide and regional meetings
Collaborate with external partners and state agencies on child welfare related issues
Respond to constituent issues
