Customer Service Support (Junior/ Entry level)

Responsible:

  • Initiate outbound calls to existing sellers to confirm orders.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing seller inquiries and concerns.
  • Ensure adequacy of sales-related resources or materials. Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems or any changes.
  • Proactively follow up with existing customers to provide updates on unforeseen delays or problems or any changes.
  • Listen to customers feedback and give after-sales support as and when required.
  • Support other HODs on customer service, quality, manufacturing operations, planning, shipping and warehousing related tasks.
  • Document and report any issues or concerns raised by customers for continuous improvement.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum qualification of SPM (Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia) or equivalent.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • A team player with high level of dedication.
  • Fluently communicate in basic English/ Bahasa to facilitate effective communication with sellers and customers.

Working Shift : 9AM – 6PM
