Customer Service Support (Junior/ Entry level)

Responsible:
- Initiate outbound calls to existing sellers to confirm orders.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing seller inquiries and concerns.
- Ensure adequacy of sales-related resources or materials. Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems or any changes.
- Proactively follow up with existing customers to provide updates on unforeseen delays or problems or any changes.
- Listen to customers feedback and give after-sales support as and when required.
- Support other HODs on customer service, quality, manufacturing operations, planning, shipping and warehousing related tasks.
- Document and report any issues or concerns raised by customers for continuous improvement.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum qualification of SPM (Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia) or equivalent.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- A team player with high level of dedication.
- Fluently communicate in basic English/ Bahasa to facilitate effective communication with sellers and customers.
Working Shift : 9AM – 6PM
