About the Role:

For our Ferrero Headquarters in Luxembourg, we are looking for a Commercial Program Manager to join our Sales Business Development team and manage key group commercial projects at global level.

Main Responsibilities:

In this role, you will be responsible for managing key global commercial projects, coordinating the project stream responsibilities, guaranteeing the correct implementation of the project plan and of the different project phases, as well as respecting budget, time and quality requirements.

You will be providing Commercial Development guidance & governance where applicable, actively involving all relevant stakeholders and providing updates to the Chief SBD Officer.

For an initial period, you will be concentrated on a complex global project involving the Executive Chairman’s Strategy Team and across CEO functions in Luxembourg. For this project, you will work closely with Ferrero's different geographies and will be responsible for delivering a fully aligned company direction.

This will include the ongoing overall management of a segregated P&L delivered by distributors and customers, as well as day-to-day team management (sales, trade marketing, supply chain and finance).

You will be part of the business' strategic review, whilst driving profitable growth through a number of the key distributors.

Who we are looking for:

  • minimum 10-15 years of experience
  • Relevant academic background (Bachelors, Masters, MBA or related);
  • Previous experience in a Commercial and/or Trade Marketing role
  • Previous experience in running complex multi-national and/or M&A projects a distinct advantage
  • Experience in managing a team
  • A positive global mindset

IT:

  • Microsoft Office tools essential particularly PowerPoint and Excel

Languages:

  • English proficiency is a must;
  • Any additional language is a plus.
