- Execution, and performance tracking of collection strategies to drive efficiency based on insights provided by stakeholders Collection Head, Operations Head, Risks.
- Maintain stable and effective work of all collection tools: Dialer, SMS, Email, Messengers, IVR, voice-bot.
- Design the corresponding treatments and monitor the ongoing performance of strategies
- Provide recommendations for optimizing call dialler schedules as well as messaging to improve contact rate and increase collected amounts.
- Create /adjust content for different Collections Tools (scripts and templates for SMS, IVR, Emails, Messengers) based on the local benchmark, competitors practices, collection TLs and agents suggestions.
- Work with IT and Operations to support ongoing process improvements, implement collection strategies and execution control.
- Identifying opportunities to reduce Collections costs without the negative impact on collection performance.
- Supports continuous improvement, including processes, systems, and outside support targeted to improve collection efficiencies.

- Experience in collections will be highly advantageous.
- Process thinking.
- Excellent communication and technical skills.
- At least 1 year of recent related work experience in a financial service.
- Bachelor’sdegree in Banking, Engineering, Finance or related quantitative field.
- Russian Speaking
- Proficiency in English is a must.
