Our roots are in corporate real estate management for Siemens. In this role, we take overall responsibility for all real estate activities. We manage the portfolio, optimize space utilization, oversee operation of our real estate, including all real-estate-related services, are responsible for letting and sales, and implement all of Siemens' construction projects. Our aim is always to support the strategy of the company and its businesses as best we can, thus creating long-term value.

We currently have a fantastic opportunity for a Cybersecurity Representative (m/w/d) Real Estate, located in Western Euprope

Key Responsibilities

1. You drive cybersecurity strategy within SRE and support integration of relevant processes in the different SRE departments
2. You guide cybersecurity governance implementation, drive process improvement and ensure compliance with relevant cybersecurity guidelines and requirements
3. You support incident handling, annual reviews, audits and other activities, as needed, on behalf of SRE LMs
4. You support and coordinate the implementation of the asset classification process (ACP) in SRE on operational level for
asset classes Documents & Information, IT Assets (applications and infrastructure)
5. You oversee the ACP process and ensure transparency via supporting tools (e. g. UPM-X, ITAM) maintained by the local stakeholders,
including regular reviews, implementation of protection concepts and ongoing asset monitoring (e.g. penetration tests and other measures as needed)
6. Customer Relationship Management (predominantly internal) and first contact partner for all IT infrastructure topics
7. You support Supplier Relationship Management (internal and external)
8. Close cooperation & communication as well as regular reporting to SRE Operations, Asset&Property Management Heads, Property managers
9. Support to the RE-HQ business lines, (e.g. Innovation, Technology & Sustainability)
10. Ensure full adherence to local statutory regulations and local laws (data privacy)

Required Competencies

1. Academic degree in engineering or other specialized technical degree preferred in the IT infrastructure field preferred
2. Several years of professional experience with full responsibility for building infrastructure topics
3. You have strong IT skills, especially security related knowledge of hardware, software and networks
4. You gained competences in threat & risk analysis, vulnerability management & incident handling
5. Knowledge of Siemens organization, processes & customer requirements
6. Fluent English language skills
7. Customer orientation and Project management skills
8. Excellent communication skills, social competency, intercultural sensitivity
9. Willingness to travel
