We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Planning Support and Shipping Clerk to join our client's dynamic team. As a vital member of the operations department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient flow of shipping and receiving processes. Job Responsibilities:

  • Set and maintain national stock level set points via Planning Board
  • Reviewing and updating Planning Tools for both AU and US
  • Attending the meeting related to supply chain for both AU and US
  • Replenish by purchase order for Non-Abrasives Parts
  • Coordinate inbound logistics.
  • Replenish locations by transfer order from National Hub
  • Manage national backorders of out of stock and non-stock items
  • Liaise with branch supply planner
  • Expedite All Purchase Orders
  • Liaise with suppliers, in regards with ETA, discrepancy, availability etc.
  • Inbound freight cost capture
  • Manage open purchase orders and transfer orders and work orders

Job Qualifications:

  • 1 - 2 years' experience in inventory control and admin tasks.
  • Ability to use inventory computer programs to update counts and compile reports, such as spreadsheets
  • Understanding of supply chain procedures.
  • Excellent math and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Php33,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month
