We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Planning Support and Shipping Clerk to join our client's dynamic team. As a vital member of the operations department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient flow of shipping and receiving processes. Job Responsibilities:
- Set and maintain national stock level set points via Planning Board
- Reviewing and updating Planning Tools for both AU and US
- Attending the meeting related to supply chain for both AU and US
- Replenish by purchase order for Non-Abrasives Parts
- Coordinate inbound logistics.
- Replenish locations by transfer order from National Hub
- Manage national backorders of out of stock and non-stock items
- Liaise with branch supply planner
- Expedite All Purchase Orders
- Liaise with suppliers, in regards with ETA, discrepancy, availability etc.
- Inbound freight cost capture
- Manage open purchase orders and transfer orders and work orders
Job Qualifications:
- 1 - 2 years' experience in inventory control and admin tasks.
- Ability to use inventory computer programs to update counts and compile reports, such as spreadsheets
- Understanding of supply chain procedures.
- Excellent math and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Php33,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month
