The IT department is internationally responsible for managing various critical business applications, IT infrastructure, and BI. For this department, we are looking for an experienced Sofware Developer.

JOB CONTENT

As a Software Developer, your primary responsibility will be designing, building, and configuring applications to meet business process and application requirements. You will work closely with senior stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical software requirements. Your role will involve designing, coding, testing, and debugging scalable, and efficient code for our applications while ensuring adherence to quality standards.. You will have close contact with and report to the Software Lead Developer. The challenge is to develop and maintain specific apps that cannot be bought as standard software or to add specific extensions to our Business Central ERP software.
For this role it is crucial that you possess excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, coupled with strong analytical abilities to identify opportunities and propose solutions.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience in software development, including designing, coding, testing, and debugging software applications.
  • Strong communication skills are essential for effective collaboration with stakeholders, understanding requirements, and converting them in the technical build and implementation..
  • You must be fluent in both written and spoken English to effectively communicate and collaborate with international teams and stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies such as DevOps, Scrum, or Kanban is important, as the development process often follows Agile principles for iterative and collaborative development.
  • Being adaptive and open to change is crucial in a dynamic software development environment. You should also possess the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals and contribute to the growth and development of the organization.
