Job Description

The key responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

  • Leading nationwide sales team members to achieve sales targets
  • Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts
  • Developing and implementing effective sales strategies
  • Leading nationwide sales team members to achieve sales targets
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts
  • Perform research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities
  • Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with clients' needs
  • Make joint calls with Sales Managers, Sales engineers in order to maintain good customer relations.

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate is someone that has track record in leading a big sales team for nationwide sales.

Apart from that, 10+ years of exposure in Industrial sealing technology or the related equipment that requires sealing, such as pumps, compressors, and other rotating equipment will be the most ideal, with exposure to various market sector such as Oil & Gas, Mining, Petrochemical, Fertilizer, and other general industries.
