JOB TITLE: Business Excellence Manager - Lean Six Sigma Framework Lead
FUNCTION: Business Optimisation Center (BOC)
SUB FUNCTION: Business Optimisation Methods Centre of Excellence (CoE)

ROLE SUMMARY
What are the key objectives and expectations from this role?
The main purpose of this role is to build, coordinate and facilitate the Lean Six Sigma business value proposition and employee experience across 3 core GBS hubs globally, impacting the learning & development/ Continuous Improvement journey for +2,000 employees.
The overall goal of the cross-geography and cross-functional team coordinated is to embed CI methodologies such as Lean and Six Sigma into the fabric of operations in GBS, through training and mentoring others in their application.
ACCOUNTABILITIES
Operational
Enhancing and promoting the culture of continuous improvement, by embedding CI methodologies into the way we work.
Implementing the continuous improvement plan, focused on enhancing customer experience within GBS, while removing waste and reducing cost.
Facilitating continuous improvement projects in GBS hub and across hubs where applicable.
Training and coaching teams at all levels in CI methodologies, and their application to deliver tangible results.
Acting as a subject matter expert in CI methodologies in support of teams across the GBS hub.
Working alongside operational teams to translate operational improvements into customer-relevant or financial metrics.
In charge with the implementation and operation of the technical solution corresponding to the program.
Responsible of championing the Continuous Improvement and high-quality Customer service culture
Works with Service Lines to support performance problems solving and to identify opportunities for improvement
Provide direct mentorship to multiple Lean Six Sigma Process Improvement projects to support client needs.
Leadership
Embed a culture of constant focus on people development and growth
Drive continuous improvement culture within their area
Drive customer service culture within their area
Enhance relationships and partnering with customers and internal departments
Relationship
Proactively develop working relationships with global / regional teams and stakeholders, GBS hub functions, Hub employees and team leaders, GBS ELT, Regional Strategy and Performance Management team, working closely with Portfolio Managers, IDT analysts, Process Experts.
Innovations
Identifies and actively pursues business opportunities to increase the overall efficiency and effectiveness of GBS business strategy.
Drive for simplified, scalable solutions, including identifying new opportunities to drive growth.
EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE
ESSENTIAL
Experience Required
Lean Six Sigma – either Black Belt certified or Green Belt certified with a strong Learning & Development background
Agile and Scrum Master Certified would be an advantage
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification would be an advantage
Change Management Certified Professional (CCMP) certification would be an advantage
Transformational experience in multinational organization with not less than five years' experience in Share Services industry or in Commercial Finance within tobacco or FMCG multinational
University degree in a business-related discipline
Functional working understanding of
Demonstrated coaching ability and proven track record of engaging and managing senior stakeholders across a geographically dispersed matrix organization
Experience in implementing change management/implementation techniques and tools, project management, facilitation and coaching of process improvement teams
Proven experience consulting and influencing change at the senior management level
Manage all Compliance & Risk Management aspects associated with the strategic projects and their deliverables
Technical / Functional Skills Required
Strong appetite for optimisation and project management methodologies and experience managing multiple projects/activities simultaneously
Experience in a strong model of coaching and mentoring others.
Passionate about learning and development. Previous experience as a trainer is a plus.
Excellent customer service orientation skills necessary in order to work effectively with various levels stakeholders, customers and cross-functional groups
Excellent understanding of data collection, analysis, and visualisation methodologies to support understanding of project progress and inform decision making
