In Hungary, KOSTAL is about to build its first business service centre to provide business support in IT, finance, procurement, master data, sales and HR fields. This will be a global centre with high value-added and complex processes which you can help to build.
This is a Talent Sourcer role in a brand-new SSC in the heart of Budapest. In this role, you collaborate with Recruiters and Hiring Managers, identify the right skillsets, and ensure the right candidates are available in a timely manner.
Main tasks and responsibilities:
- Collaborating with recruiters and hiring managers.
- Posting new openings and maintaining open positions in the internal ATS.
- Active sourcing to identify and attract candidates and build a comprehensive candidate pipeline.
- Conducting targeted searches, and outreach to various resources to source potential candidates.
- Preparing sourcing metrics and assisting with creating information presentations for internal operational and/or client business reviews.
- Entering and tracking candidate data in various electronic systems and running standard reports as needed.
- Identifying candidates and sharing information with appropriate recruiters to initiate the vetting process.
- Analyse sourcing trends and needs with the overall TA/HR department, and ensure the quality of the candidates are aligned with the business needs.
- Maintain internal ATS, create reports, and give regular updates on the process.
- College or University degree – preferably in the field of HR or in Economics or in Psychology
- 1–3 years of experience in sourcing either in a recruitment agency OR/AND in‑house recruiting
- Advanced level of sourcing techniques e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean and Social media searches
- MS Office, advanced skills in Excel
- Native in Hungarian
- Fluent in English
