Job Description


This is a Talent Sourcer role in a brand-new SSC in the heart of Budapest. In this role, you collaborate with Recruiters and Hiring Managers, identify the right skillsets, and ensure the right candidates are available in a timely manner.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

  • Collaborating with recruiters and hiring managers.
  • Posting new openings and maintaining open positions in the internal ATS.
  • Active sourcing to identify and attract candidates and build a comprehensive candidate pipeline.
  • Conducting targeted searches, and outreach to various resources to source potential candidates.
  • Preparing sourcing metrics and assisting with creating information presentations for internal operational and/or client business reviews.
  • Entering and tracking candidate data in various electronic systems and running standard reports as needed.
  • Identifying candidates and sharing information with appropriate recruiters to initiate the vetting process.
  • Analyse sourcing trends and needs with the overall TA/HR department, and ensure the quality of the candidates are aligned with the business needs.
  • Maintain internal ATS, create reports, and give regular updates on the process.

Qualifications
  • College or University degree – preferably in the field of HR or in Economics or in Psychology
  • 1–3 years of experience in sourcing either in a recruitment agency OR/AND in‑house recruiting
  • Advanced level of sourcing techniques e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean and Social media searches
  • MS Office, advanced skills in Excel
  • Native in Hungarian
  • Fluent in English
