We are now looking for a Senior Specialist, Marketing to join our UPM Raflatac SHR & Marketing team. The primary location of the position is Helsinki, Finland.

What you will do
  • Contribute to annual regional marketing planning and execution of regional marketing strategies, campaigns and activities together with relevant internal and external stakeholders
  • Oversee and coordinate regional marketing projects and ensure the relevance of regional marketing content
  • Create and develop engaging marketing content and collateral for both internal and external marketing needs and channels
  • Plan and implement digital marketing campaigns using direct marketing and marketing automation
  • Support go-to-market plans and deliver sales tools for various end-use segments in EMEIA
  • Propose and agree targets and report results for planned marketing activities
  • Coordinate product launch related marketing and align activities with internal stakeholders
  • Report and monitor regional marketing budget spend
  • Project management of end-use specific exhibitions and customer events
  • Complete various marketing related administrative tasks
Who you are
  • You have 3+ years of experience in marketing, brand management or digital marketing and previous experience with brand and marketing communications
  • You have minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or related field
  • You have experience in engaging marketing content creation for multi-channel marketing communications
  • You are familiar with digital consumer journeys, lead generation & nurturing, inbound marketing and social media content development strategies
  • You have motivated, proactive and result-orientated way of working
  • You have a creative mindset, good communication skills, and you enjoy working in a team
  • Capability to travel is required
  • You’re comfortable using Adobe tools for content creation. Experience is CRM tools (Salesforce or similar) is an asset
  • Experience in working within international companies is an asset
  • You are fluent in English, other languages are an asset
