Responsible for developing and updating clients’ job specifications and preparing recruitment materials accordingly. In charge of the entire recruitment and selection process for clients, from recruitment to onboarding, assisting clients in finding suitable candidates for employment in their company.
Job Descriptions:
- Required to manage the entire recruitment and selection process from job posting, resumes selection, and interview to offer stage, and beyond.
- Management of recruitment and selection process includes sourcing and recruiting candidates using databases, job sites, and social media, conducting interviews using various reliable R&S tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule plus assessment of candidates’ suitability.
- Onboarding new employees for clients in order to become fully integrated.
- Identifying and developing client or business relationships, assessing and responding to clients’ queries, briefing on the recruitment process, and managing the interview process.
- Networking to build business information that can be converted into commercial opportunities.
- Provide analytical and well-documented recruiting reports to superiors.
- Understanding current legislation, and adhering to local laws, rules, and regulations.
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess a minimum Bachelor’s Degree in any field, preferably majoring in Psychology or HR management.
- Minimum 1 year of work experience in end-to-end recruitment. Preferably in recruitment companies or as an in-house recruiter specializing in IT-related hiring.
- Excellent command of English.
- Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Positive mindset, persistent, resilient, and performance-driven.
- Willing to work in Sunway Nexis, Kota Damansara.

Salary: RM2,800.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
