Ltd. is looking for Mechatronics Engineer as a Project Manager with experience to Manage international product development, Firmware development, and firmware designing Projects. Also, have Project handling proven experience and have high-level expertise in English Speaking, Email drafting, and communication with onsite Teams of Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, and Software Engineers and international clients to deliver Projects timely.
JDs for Senior Project Manager:
- Leading project planning sessions.
- Managing project progress and adapt work as required.
- Managing relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Create, maintain and monitor comprehensive and complete documentation of all assigned projects.
- Participating in tender process i-e; design, submission and review.
- Conducting project review and creating detailed reports for higher management.
- Optimizing and improving processes and the overall approach where necessary.
- Securing growth opportunities and initiating new projects.
- Managing large and diverse teams.
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
- Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
- Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress.
- Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.
- Report and escalate to management on weekly basis.
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
- Meet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project.
- Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short-term and long-term goals.
- Use and continually develop leadership skills.
