Policy and Procedure Writer [Pakistan]


 

Job Summary

This role is responsible for writing the Company Policies and Procedures. The individual must ensure that a high quality standard is maintained in the execution of their responsibilities.

Basic Job Duties

- Meet with stakeholders to develop an understanding of the operational policy and procedure needs.

- Assist in the writing of policies and procedures for the group of companies.

- When required, review and revise policies through existing company protocol.

- Revise existing manuals and maintain records of any policy and procedure changes.

- Research best practices for policies and procedures.

- Keep accurate drafts of policies and procedures in company organizational method.

Previous experience

- The individual must hold experience working in a business environment, so that they are familiar with industry standards and the procedures they have in place.

- The individual must also have experience in writing or proofreading positions.

Education

- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in English and Literary Studies.

- Excellent English Writing Skills: Ability to write clearly and use language that is easy to understand and suited to the business needs.

- Microsoft Proficiency: Highly skilled at using Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

- Attention to detail: Proofreads their work to ensure accuracy and to deliver a quality product.

- Communication Skills: Has the ability to actively listen and is responsive to communication.

- Time Management and Organisation Skills: Organises and manages their time effectively by planning and prioritising their tasks and duties.

- Strong Research Skills: Has the ability to perform online research and can analyse information from original and credible sources.

- Interpersonal Skills: Can effectively collaborate with all levels of team members.

Shift Location & Timing

Location: Eden Tower Gulberg III
Shift Timings: 12pm-9pm

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Rs80,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
