Supply Chain Coordinator [Ireland]


 

The key responsibilities of this role will be to:

· Managing the inbound and outbound stock movements within all associated UK and Ireland warehouse platforms and updating the relevant system platform.

· Managing the inbound and outbound stock movements of frozen finished goods within all associated Ireland warehouse platforms and updating the relevant system platform.

· Oversee correct stock rotation and allocation.

· Oversee processing PODs, orders to invoice status, returns, and rejections and associated credit note control.

· Receipt, planning and booking of orders to enable successful daily distribution

· Relevant coordination with TSPs and Customer representatives where necessary

· Liaise with selected Third Party Logistics Providers (3PLP’s) to ensure the service provided meets fully Délifrance requirements. Monitor 3PL performance.

· Provide support and necessary reporting and data requirements to the Ireland Commercial Team

· Be a link between the Ireland Commercial team and production planners

· Respond effectively to queries relating to customer orders and deliveries including customer complaints.

· Maintaining high level of stock accuracy in WMS through regular stock mirroring.

· Managing non-conformances related to stock movements

· Daily processing of delivered orders to initiate Invoicing

· Support allocation and deployment to 3PL

· Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline and enhance the workflow

· PODs management with support to Accounts / Credit Control queries

· Producing standard Management Reports and KPIs on request

· Work together to ensure a satisfactory service level is reached for the whole Ireland Customer base

The ideal candidate for this role will be able to demonstrate a variety of skills and competencies including:-

· High level of analytical skill

· Good planning and organizational skills

· Relevant stock control and distribution experience

· Proficient in Microsoft office applications

· French speaker (preferred)

· Effectively communicate in English (both verbally and in writing) and to understand requests from all levels and external people

· Good level of numeracy

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: €35,000.00 per year
