About the Operations Finance Controller Role:
This role involves gathering and analyzing financial data, maintaining inventory records, ensuring accurate product costing, evaluating economic indicators, preparing financial reports for the group, overseeing budgeting, and acting as a strategic finance partner to the Operations team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage cost processes and communicate standard prices.
- Maintain material records and analyze price variances.
- Optimize overhead structure and ensure timely financial reporting.
- Plan budgets and collaborate with auditors.
- Monitor and report expenses.
- Provide financial data to departments.
- Improve efficiency and implement controls.
- Support procurement and S&OP.
- Ensure compliance and lead projects.
- Prepare analyses and presentations for stakeholders.
- Perform additional duties as required.
To succeed in this role, you must have good communication skills in English.
Key Requirements:
- Finance/Economics graduate with 5+ years' foreign manufacturing controller experience.
- Proficient in management control, standard cost, and core manufacturing processes.
- Strong English and Vietnamese communication skills.
- Excel proficiency, familiarity with SAP or similar systems.
- Highly analytical with adaptability and result-driven focus.
