Accounts Executive [Malaysia]

  • Handling accounts receivable
  • Document financial transactions by entering account information into accounting system
  • Liaise with sales and admin staff from all outlets to monitor collection from customers and banking matters
  • Attend to request from sales and admin staff from all outlets for invoice amendment
  • Attend to any other accounts related tasks assigned by superior in ad hoc basis
  • Comply with financial policies and regulation

Requirements

  • Candidates must possess at least Diploma in Accounting/Finance or equivalent
  • Familiar in basic accounting principles, proficiency with computer and book keeping
  • Able to multitask and committed to work efficiently and accurately
  • At least 1 year of working experience in the related filed is required for this position and above
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal
  • Mandarin speaking candidates preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
