Your Mission
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Sourcer to join our fast-growing People team. Reporting to the Regional Team Lead for Talent Acquisition, you will be responsible for sourcing candidates, gathering market insights, and supporting the wider regional recruitment team to secure top-tier talent for current and upcoming vacancies. The position is temporary for 6 months with an option to extend according to the organization's needs.
Responsibilities:
- Reviewing and selecting suitable job advertising & sourcing options
- Conducting interviews with job applicants and creating a shortlist of suitable candidates
- Building and maintaining large pipelines of candidates and recommending suitable candidate profiles for live roles
- Recommending best practice pipelining processes that are in compliance with data privacy restrictions for locations in the region you support
- Working closely with the Recruitment Business Partners to support multiple recruitment processes
- Managing ATS reporting & data hygiene (including pipeline management, time to hire and active jobs)
- Regularly attending conferences, seminars, job fairs, and other industry events to network and develop long-lasting professional relationships.
- Supporting candidate experience projects.
Qualifications:
- Proven work experience as a Sourcing Specialist – a must
- Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ideally Workable) and LinkedIn
- Experience with (phone and in-person) interviews, candidate screening, and evaluation
- Familiarity with social media and other professional networks (like GitHub)
- Passionate about using alternative sourcing methods to find the right candidates.
