About the role
We are looking for a Legal Counsel, to join well established AIF provider, and their experienced team who is dedicated to providing the highest quality of services from setting up a new structure till the end of its life cycle. You will ensure services are delivered with quality, accuracy and in a timely manner, while taking a solution oriented approach to resolving problems.
Key responsibilities

- Management of your own portfolio of alternative investment funds in the areas of credit, real estate and private equity.
- Day-to-day legal support for your client portfolio from incorporation to liquidation.
- Ensuring an in-depth knowledge of your client files and of company secretarial operations.
- Liaising closely with notaries and international law firms.
Skills
- University degree in Law
- Similar work experience of 4 plus
- Good knowledge of Luxembourg corporate law
- Ability to provide efficient, timely and courteous service to our clients
- Fluency in English.
