Responsibilities:
- Responsible for developing and implementing corporate level channel strategy comply with business target
- Optimize Channel management model and collaborate with BU commercial team to make sure effectively implementation
- Channel Commercial Policy & SOP formulation and optimization to increase the effectiveness of channel management
- Support E&C team on evaluation and analysis of all potential compliance risk,optimize distributor risk management
- Drive and support execution of company's channel related projects.
Qualifications:
- At least 8 years industry or related field experience with progressively increasing responsibilities, within the company or other Pharma/ MedTech/ Life Science company
- BA / MS in well-respected colleges, MBA Preferred
- Previous experiences in business, consulting, audit, etc. is highly preferred
- Exposure to healthcare industry and Project management experience is a must.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skill.
- Good personal skills in influencing cross-functional people to reach aligned objectives.
