Job Description

Core Responsibilities:

  • Build and manage a team of software engineers engaged in multiple cross-disciplinary development project
  • Participate in strategic planning and prioritization of projects and technologies

    Mentor, challenge and grow your team to help them do their best work at the LEGO Group
  • Shape and grow your team to be a high-performing engineering organization
  • Work with the Play Software leadership to team to ensure cross team collaboration
  • Be part of the group of leaders in the division that manage and lead large multi-disciplinary development efforts

Do you have what it takes?

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience writing production software for shipping products.
  • 10+ years of experience managing and guiding a team of engineers Experience working with code development and process tools – e.g. git, Jira, confluence, etc
  • Experience working with agile methodologies
  • A positive personality and an ability to motivate and nurture your team while communicating technology in clear terms.
