  • Daily Data Entry of vehicle movement reports and deliveries & collections • Provide a high level of customer service including internal and external communication at different levels • Daily data entry for Proof of Delivery/Collection system • Filing and tracking of all paperwork from customer and depots • Daily / Weekly / Monthly Reporting aligned with the customers and depot requirements • Production of documentation when required, including consignment notes, manifests, labels, invoicing and any other transport related documentation. • Responding to customers and depot enquiries by phone / email • Uploading of External Documents including Manifests from external suppliers • Report checking based upon all department and depot entries, in line with current operational client matrix's • Exception management, reporting and POD follow up. • Statistical Analysis of weekly deliveries, as defined by the customers. To include breakdown of jobs by type and revenue charged by job type • Raising of daily issues experienced by all parties through in house database • Adherence to Company Health and Safety processes at all times • Ensure high level of housekeeping at all times • General office administration
