1. Greet hotel guests according to the Landmark Hotels & Suites Standards, and provides courteous and professional service at all times.
2. Coordinates with reception to execute arrivals and departure efficiently.
3. Assist guest with luggage, when arriving or departing from the hotel.
4. Assist guest with loading/ offloading form the vehicle.
5. Ensure that you are on time to your duty with clean uniform and well groomed.
6. Be familiar with all hotel facilities, hours of operation and current promotions
7. Maintain an alert position in the Entrance.
8. Have knowledge of all Bell stand SO P's and LSOP's
9. Be familiar with local area services, offices, attractions, restaurants, etc.
10. Able to provide directions to various destinations within the city.
11. Be fully aware of all safety and emergency procedures
12. Be security conscious at all times, inform manager of anything suspicious
13. Report any accidents immediately to the management
14. Ensure that hotel entrance is clean, tidy and free of clutter
15. To be able to perform any additional scope of duties if requested by the Manager.
16. To attend the mandatory External and Internal training and follow the company training policy.
