PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
DIGITAL MARKETING
- Develop marketing strategies that align with the organisation's business goals
- Plan digital marketing campaigns, including web, SEO/SEM, email, social media and display advertising
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights’
- Manage and execute campaigns across various digital channels, including email, social media, search engines, and display advertising
- Manages annual online marketing budget adhering to strict efficiency guidelines for performance-based tactics maximizing key opportunities for brand-building activities
ONLINE RETAIL SALES
- Work with the sales team to identify opportunities for new markets and growth.
- Coordinate with the sales team to revise pricing and sales incentive plans to achieve online marketing goals.
- Perform up-selling and cross-selling of products to clients online .
- Manages the e-Commerce marketing calendar for CED
- Identify and develop new business opportunities and business relationships which result in the achievement of increased revenue, profitability and market share for CED
- Monitor the online competitive environment and implement improved content accordingly.
ONLINE CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE MANAGEMENT
- Support clients on their customer experience and digital transformation journeys.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, content, and web development, to produce engaging content and optimise user experience.
- Build and maintain relationships between CED and client teams/stakeholders online.
- Champion opportunities to consistently Improve the CED customer service experience online.
- Drive customer retention, reduce churn, and increase customer satisfaction.
- Partner with Consumer Services to ensure the fulfillment of goods and services ordered via the e-commerce channel and ensure high level of customer satisfaction and business efficiency.
WEB AND E-COMMERCE MAINTENANCE
- Partner with the Web Development team to ensure user experience of the website including site navigation, content development, checkout funnel and promotional campaigns are aligned with key e-Commerce retailers.
- Identify operational areas for improvement and take appropriate action
- Performs User Acceptance Testing and QA on new technical releases
FINANCIALS
- Responsible for delivering sales revenue targets for the assigned CED offline Retail Store.
- Responsible for the operations and profit targets of the store by ensuring product costs are managed effectively and within budget
- Responsible for meeting and surpassing the weekly & monthly CRM sales targets for the retail store including but not limited to DEMO Presentation, Consulting, and Closing deals/accounts.
ORGANISATIONAL CAPACITY
- Continually build industry competence through CEDIA CEU and OEM specific training including but not limited to Alarm.com, Lutron RA2 Select, Sonos, Dalalock & QOLsys.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₦200,000.00 per month

- Higher National Diploma (Required)
